In my career as a realtor, I have had occasion to use Troy Shepherd carpet cleaning on many many occasions. I also use him for my own carpet at home and recommend him to my friends. I have always found Troy to be competent, efficient, kind, and easy to work with, He has always done a wonderful job and my clients have always been thrilled. I highly recommend him.

After searching on the Internet for a great carpet cleaner, I found one in Shepherd carpet cleaning. I phoned them at 7 AM. We talked about the situation and it was confirmed that they could fit me in at short notice. Not only was it an excellent job it was done by a very kind human being. I highly recommend them.

After purchasing a home, I scheduled a different cleaning service to clean the carpets and couches. They failed to show up on four different days. I called this company and asked him when his early appointment was and he said he could be there within an hour or I would have to wait until later than next day! He showed right up, and was extremely thorough and very friendly. You can tell right away that he really cares about what he’s doing and make sure that the job is done, right. I’ve used him twice now, and have been recommending him do all of my friends.

Our carpets were in need of cleaning and previous carpet cleaners that we had used were mediocre at best. Troy did a fine job,with no mess of any kind.
Also, Shepberd Cleaning did a much better any of the other cleaners we used! Carpets look like new ane he did an excellent job of cleaning up.
We will certainly use him again and will suggest his company to friends and families!

Troy did a great job of cleaning my area rugs and couch. He was courteous, friendly, on time, thorough and knowledgeable.
He got everything done in a very timely manner. Now it all looks brighter and I feel better knowing it has been well cleaned.
